Shipping Policy
Incoming orders will be processed on completion of payment, app. within 1-2 business days upon order. Delivery time depends on the delivery method, address and product availability. If the product is in stock, we will try to deliver the product within 2-3 business days after order processing. If the delivery lasts longer than normal, we will contact the customer via the contact information provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, indirect damage caused by delays or delivery firm delays.

In Finland, we deliver the orders by post (low value items e.g. postcards, greeting cards) or postal package to your closest Parcel Point.
The customer receives a box opening code by text message when the package is ready for collection from your local Parcel Point. Check Parcel point opening hours for collection.
