Return Policy


Before returning your items, please ensure you are aware of our terms and conditions on returned goods.

The customer has the right to cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped. The cancellation must be made by email: We require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund the total amount and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within fourteen (14) business days.

The customer has the right to return within 14 days of delivery. Partial returns are also possible. Before returning, please contact us by email at To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You may return your item by your chosen shipping method. Please note that return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and any damages or loss caused during the delivery. Any cost incurred to us for your return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the product is used, we reserve the right to charge for the impairment. If you are shipping an item over 70€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within fourteen (14) business days.

The product must be returned immediately after cancellation notice. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for any refund.

Failure to claim a parcel is not the same as a cancellation. For an unclaimed package without a separate cancellation notice, we will charge the shipping costs.

If the ordered product has been lost or damaged during transport you must notify us within 14 days in writing: If the package is damaged during transport, the product must be remedied immediately to the company responsible for transportation.

Unfortunately, we don't offer online exchanges. You have the option of placing a new order and returning the purchased item. Note, that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
