These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through shop.reettahiltunen.com.

Business-to-consumer transactions are governed by applicable Finnish and European Union consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer's rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

2. ORDERS

Products can be ordered through our online store by adding items to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please ensure that your contact, billing and delivery information is complete and accurate.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious error in pricing or product information, or we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

Product prices are displayed in the online store and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices and shipping rates. Changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Available payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna and MobilePay.

Payments made through third-party payment providers are also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider.

4. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been completed.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, destinations and current shipping rates are provided on our Delivery & Shipping page and, where applicable, at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, product availability, carrier and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on the screen, device and display settings used.

Many Reetta Hiltunen products originate from original artworks and are produced using carefully selected materials and printing or manufacturing techniques. Minor variations may occur between individual pieces or production batches and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities where necessary.

7. MADE-TO-MEASURE & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Certain products may be individually made, altered or personalised according to the customer's specifications.

Where a product is made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Any applicable conditions will be communicated in the relevant product information or before the order is confirmed.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artworks, designs, patterns, photographs, graphics, text, logos and other original content appearing on shop.reettahiltunen.com are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights belong to Reetta Hiltunen / Rtistry or are used with permission.

Content from this website may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights in the artwork, design or pattern featured on the product.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

Our online store may use or provide access to services operated by third parties, including payment, delivery and other service providers.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or operation of independent third-party websites.
