Description

This print is a detail from Hiltunen’s artwork Dolly Klubb (2006). Figures and interior elements form a collage-like composition that brings together the artist’s memories from her years of study in London and New York. The work reflects the inspiring spaces of these metropolises, their distinctive atmospheres, and the people who left a lasting impression on the artist’s experiences. Diverse surface patterns, rasterized pixels, and meticulously rendered drawings intertwine to create a layered and visually rich composition. Together, these elements construct a multifaceted narrative in which memories, observations, urban influences, and encounters with people merge into a vivid and intricately detailed visual world.

Your print arrives rolled in a protective tube. Unroll carefully and handle by the edges only to avoid fingerprints on the surface. Recommended to frame the work professionally as soon as possible. Do not expose to direct sunlight, moisture, or humidity to preserve the colours and paper quality. Frame behind UV-protective glass for best long-term results.
